Leaders agree that foresight and the practice thereof within an organisation is important, but often  struggle with questions like:
  • Should we establish a dedicated foresight unit?
  • If we don’t establish a dedicated unit, are there other options that could render similar benefits?
  • Who should be involved and what should they do?
 
During this workshop, these and other issues will be addressed. Doris Viljoen will share insights from recent studies and, Mphil (futures studies) alumnus,  Markus Becker will share  practical insights from his organisation’s futures thinking journey thus far.
